The Prothro Center at Lake Texoma is a ministry of hospitality owned and operated by the North Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church.
We open our hearts, minds, and doors to our fellow Methodists as well as our guests and visitors from various other denominations, families, organizations, educational institutions, and any other 501c3 non profit organization.
In addition to our beautiful facilities, spectacular views, and wonderful amenities, we also have an on-site 25 meter in-ground swimming pool with ramp, designated lake swimming areas, beautiful beach areas, kayaking, horseshoes, beach volleyball, walking trails, basketball, and more. Arrangements can be made for golfing, fishing tours, horseback riding, boat rentals, sunset cruises, and on site massages and zumba.
